I’ve suffered from migraines since I was a kid. I know how devastating and debilitating they can be. And I know how impossible it is for anyone who hasn’t experienced them to relate to someone who has.
Part of the reason I went into the field of Neurology was to help my fellow migraine sufferers. Yet, for many years, I was frustrated. Frustrated because in many cases, what I had to offer was not enough. Despite my expertise, despite having access to every migraine pharmaceutical available, many of my patients still suffered terribly.
But in 2010, I discovered an approach to treating them that has transformed my life and has transformed the lives of the migraineurs I’ve worked with since.
In 2013, I published the book The Migraine Miracle, which outlines this approach. That book then sparked a movement that continues to grow, reaching people all over the world. Over the past several years, we have helped thousands with chronic migraine take back their lives (scroll down to listen to some of those stories).
